We called Joel Friday afternoon with a washer problem. He came out the next day at no additional charge and fixed the pump. He also cleaned out my dryer. Being a mother of 4 I am glad we called them. Thanks to Joel I have clean clothes. AWESOME.

They have serviced my refrigerator and a very modern digital dryer and the service was great. They were able to service my appliance the next day. They clearly explained the issue. The cost to fix was very competitive. If your in the need for repair call Joel first before buying a new appliance.

Easy to make an appointment, I called in the morning, they agreed to come the next day, and called that afternoon with a time. The repairman that came out was prompt, courteous and best of all willing to give an honest opinion. He fixed by stove in twenty minutes then I asked about our dishwasher and microwave that were having issues and he indicated neither were worth repairing. He had the opportunity to gouge some more money out of me but was frank and straightforward. Excellent work and a fair price!

My electric stove needed rewiring. I called two other places and left messages. Norris actually had someone there to answer their phone. I made an appointment. The repair technician was running late but gave me a call and asked if I wanted to proceed that day or postpone. He came and fixed the issue for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

Awesome experience. The repair man was prompt and fixed my washer in no time. He was very pleasant and professional. More importantly, my washer is fixed and I don’t have to buy a new one right now!
